Nothing to see here, move along.

For 2 day’s we have monitored this girl ’round the clock, to no avail. She is acting ready, all the signs are there, yet no actual puppies have arrived.

I think it could all just be an act, a ploy, to get me to spend all my time with her. Good thing I brought a book, which I read aloud to pass the time. I wonder what she thinks of Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth’s antics? If only dogs could talk.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’ve got my feet in the pool and a story to finish 🙂
