Morning Neighbors

Now that we have Livestock Guardian Dogs we rarely (almost never) get moose in the yard. But since Mia is in the barn with the pups things have gotten a little more “relaxed” around here.

This nice gal passed through just in time for coffee.

It was all fun and games until she spotted the geraniums on the deck.

I too love my red geraniums so I snapped my fingers at her and lucky for me, she chose to move along.

And then I heard a noise from thee other side of the porch….

Twin one was with momma like a good obedient child while twin two had wandered off and gotten down the driveway below the deck.

Luckily, the calf realized this was not a through street (these stairs don’t look like a trail) so it headed back from whence it came.

Meanwhile, momma and the good twin waited patiently….

She was giving her little twin The Mom Look which means “hurry up, we have been waiting for you”.

And then there were three, off on their next big adventure.
