Living in Alaska means spending quite a bit of time in the dark. We find all kinds of ways to cope, sometimes we employ lights other times we merely revel in the dark.
I enjoy the dark as much as I do the light, except when I want to see my lambs. So, tonight I hung some strip lights in the feeder.
The Griswald feeder is awesome. I can see each and every lamb to judge health and growth without struggling for light. As an added bonus you’ll be able to spot the lamb yard from space 🙂
In other news, Tom is still the center of attention with the dogs. I love how all three watch him so intently. Little Ziggy mimics her parents and even joined them on defense the other night. Her bark sounds almost as big as her mommas.
