OH MY!!!!

Getting my hands on the sheep and feeling the wonderful fleece is always such a treat but today I got the most amazing surprise.

68 has so much crimp! Just look at this stuff. I think I’m in love!

65 has some remarkably soft white fleece too

Both Cormos have an amazing amount of lanolin. It colors the ends grey but will wash out leaving the fleece white all the way to the tips.

The Icelandics have less lanolin, their fleece appears clean and soft and oh so long.

Matilda has big loose curls

Betty Boop has tight spiral curls on her tips of her little lamb fleece. The length is enough to stretch from the tips of my fingers to the middle of my palm.

Despite my best efforts I didn’t measure quite right for the sheep suits. I need to account for the chest fleece that takes up a lot of slack. Of the 4 I ordered I up-sized where I could but I’m going to have to order a couple more sizes.
